What is Krav Maga?

Krav Maga is a proven self protection system developed for the Israeli military and now used by everyday people just like you and me all over the world.
Based on your body’s natural responses, it’s quick to learn, suitable for all ages, and extremely effective. 

Unlike other martial arts Krav Maga is not a competitive sport, it is designed purely with self protection in mind and is a great way to improve strength and fitness in a non traditional way.

Who’s this course for?

Fight Like A Girl is for all women. Because Krav Maga is effective no matter your size or strength it's particularly advantageous for women.

1 in 3 women in NZ can expect to experience physical or sexual violence in their lifetime.

I truly believe self defence is an invaluable skill that every woman should have. Not only can it help women to stay safe, but it also empowers you to improve self confidence, and develop a strong, healthy mindset.
