At Krav Maga Women we combine strength and body weight training with self protection techniques to help you build and improve your, fitness, striking and combat skills so you’re able to fight back if you really need to.
We’ll also cover how to deal with attacks on the ground, defence against weapons, and also the pressures and mental strength of dealing with multiple attacker situations.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES
There’s no getting lost in a crowd of 40, 50, 60+ here. Being bad ass is a serious business (though you should be prepared for plenty of laughter, fun and good times too).
Our classes are the most satisfying way to get your cardio fix, get fitter and stronger and learn valuable self defence skills.
Classes are capped to 12 bad ass ladies, are different every session and designed with women in mind.
Whether you want to focus on honing your Krav Maga techniques before your next grading, learn the basics before joining a class, or maybe you just feel more confident in a one to one session, the beauty of private training is that you get to choose.
